From Our Drivers.

“It’s a good company and I like it a lot because it’s more family oriented. They listen to you, if you have an issue you can walk into anyone’s office and they will take care of you. If you’re not making the money that you think you should be making, they will help you and take time to see what they can do to change it. Really great with home time and getting drivers home when they ask. Lastly, they know me by my name. The shop here is fantastic for independent contractors and I have been able to keep my truck running for a long time. If you want to make money, they will make you money.”

“I have been with ASL for seven months. WOW, They treat their drivers with respect, great pay, very good health plan, and a company store (great for grilling season.) They are flexible with home time because of their understanding of family needs. With four boys and a stay at home wife, I feel very fortunate to have found a home here.”

“I began working at A.S.L on September 20, 2000. The company was approximately 3 years old. During my interview, I was asked what I was looking for as an independent contractor. I replied:

1. Plenty of freight to stay busy and make a good living.
2. I wanted to be treated as a person and not a number.
3. They get you home when you ask.

I was impressed with the open door policy where you could enter and sit down with the management team and get your problem resolved. I have been employed at A.S.L 19 years and have not been disappointed.”

“I must say, in all my own words, this is a great company to be leased to.

I came to America’s Service Line about 8 years ago. I was looking for a chance to prove myself to others and myself. I started by buying a truck from an independent contractor that was leased through America’s Service Line. From that moment on, I felt like part of the team operation that makes this company thrive.

I have gone through several older trucks over the years. I have worked my way up and bought a brand new truck in 2010. That’s the year I made a big mistake. I thought maybe the grass could be greener on the other side of the fence. So, I went to a different company. Six months later, I called America’s Service Line and they took me back in.

America’s service line has always been fair to me. From top brass in the company, down to everyone. I can only speak for myself, but I can honestly say, I will never think of going to another company again.”
